SHIPPING
Orders go out once a week on Mondays. (Unless you have placed a custom broom order, in which case I will contact you directly about an expected ship date.) If you have an order that you need to receive in a timely manner, please feel free to contact me directly to expedite shipping.
RETURNS
I want all of my customers to be satisfied with the products that they receive. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with an order, please contact me within 7 days to discuss refund/exchange options.
I ask that customers cover the cost of shipping the item back to me and I will process a full refund for the order.
