Emileigh creates an inviting, intentional, and
creative space for students of all skill levels to

learn and enjoy the process of making a hand-
made broom. In this 3 hour class, you’ll learn

some fundamentals of broom-making that can be
applied to many kinds of brooms. You’ll walk
away with a simple turkey wing whisk (and
possibly a second smaller one if time allows).
You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase all
of the tools and materials we use in class to
continue making brooms at home.
Moderate upper body strength/hand strength is
recommended and the use of your feet is also
necessary.
